DELAWARE LAW DELAWARE IS THE FINAL STATE TO SET A 0.08 BAC THRESHOLD FOR DUI ARRESTS
The new bill signed into law by Governor Ruth Ann Minner on Monday reduces the drunk drivng arrest threshold in the state of Delaware from 0.10 blood alcohol content (BAC) to the blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent used in other states for DUI arrests.
